Grace Gebhard is an emerging female artist currently pursuing a BFA at the University of Michigan. Common themes in her paintings include a visceral exploration of color and a sense of unreality relating to the human body. In her current work she is exploring how movement of sound can relate to the movement of painting. She has won awards for both her painting and poetry and is working as a Gallery Attendant at the Stamps Gallery in Ann Arbor.
